Our customer in Södermanland is looking for Service Desk Technicians and On-site Technicians. The customer handles all types of cases related to healthcare systems, IT, or telephony, ranging from fault reports, orders, user support, inquiries, and requests, to permission management.
This announcement applies to a recurring need, meaning we are continuously looking for competent employees for the role of IT Support. The assignments take place on-site in either Eskilstuna or Nyköping. Therefore, we are looking for you who want to keep the door open for new opportunities and are ready to take the next step in your career when the right assignment arises.
Travel may occur in the position, hence a B-driver's license is required.

Your responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician, you will have customer contact and help users with their problems. Customer contact is primarily via phone, and the problems can vary. You will troubleshoot independently and find solutions to technical problems, and adapt computer and program installations to suit the company's needs. You will work with support for Windows operating systems and standard applications, as well as provide daily user support to the entire organization via phone and ticket system.
Your profile and qualifications
To succeed in the role, you enjoy customer contact and are a star at problem-solving. You have good communication skills, both with customers and colleagues. As a person, you are self-reliant, flexible, and analytical in your troubleshooting.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a broad IT interest and are driven by developing new areas of competence. You are a team player who likes to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Citrix
- Experience with case management, telephone support, and support using remote control tools
- Fluent in speaking and writing both Swedish and English
- B-driver's license
Meritorious
- Education within IT
Working hours are currently Monday to Friday, divided into two different shifts (07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00), but may change according to business needs.
